What areas do you serve?
We serve the greater Saint Louis Region, including Saint Louis City and Saint Louis County.
How much do you charge?
Our prices are comparable to most traditional cleaning services. Once we have performed an initial deep clean, then standard maintenance cleaning is performed weekly or bi-weekly. A monthly cleaning option is also available. Prices are based on frequency of cleaning, size of residence, number of baths, and additional services requested. We use a standardized formula to come up with a consistent price. We have a service for nearly everyone, and can fit most any budget. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least two days in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations or reschedules performed one day in advance are subject to a $30 fee. Cancellations on the day of scheduled cleanings are subject to be charged at the full rate of the cleaning service to be performed.
Will you send different people each time?
We strive to provide continuity of service to all of our clients, and use the same team members for each visit. From time to time this may occur, but we keep detailed records of your cleaning schedule and preferred services.
What cleaning supplies do you use?
Our primary cleaning agent is Envirox H2O2. It is a hydrogen peroxide based cleaner (H2O2) that biodegrades in twenty minutes to water (H2O) and oxygen (O). We also use Bon Ami Cleansing Powder and Murphy's Pure Vegetable Oil Soap.
Is Go Green Clean™ a Franchise?
No. We are a locally owned and operated independent business.
Are you bonded, and insured?
Yes. We are bonded, and insured.
What about gratuities?
Gratuities are not required or requested. If you feel that your Go Green Cleaning Team went above and beyond and deserves something extra, feel free to tip, but remember it is neither expected nor required of you.
