Client Satisfaction Survey

The client satisfaction survey is an integral part of how Go Green Clean monitors and improves its services.  Before each scheduled cleaning, an email reminder is sent out to the client.  A link to the client satisfaction survey is included in the reminder email.  After the cleaning service is performed, the client fills out and submits the electronic survey.

This is your chance to evaluate our services.  This is your chance to let us know if we have earned your business.  You also benefit because we learn about what you like and dislike, and what special requests you may have.  It also is a great opportunity for you to let your team know they are doing a great job.  They love to hear good news too.

We track many different aspects of our cleaning service.  Asked how our clients rate our service over 96% of our clients say they would recommend our services.  Over 97% of our clients rate our services consistently good or better, with 75% of respondents rating our services as consistently excellent.  100% of our clients have rated our staff as courteous, professional, and efficient during all visits.  98% of our clients have responded that they believe our green cleaning products and practices are equal or superior to traditional cleaning techniques.
